Since its founding in 1993, the LIKE Group has adopted the corporate philosophy of "... planning the Future: developing people and creating the future." We place "people" at the center of the three fields of "human resources," "childcare," and "nursing care" regardless of age, nationality, or background. The LIKE Group’s businesses are closely related to social issues such as nursery waiting lists, participation of women in the workforce, labor shortages due to population decline and the need for workers to leave their jobs due to childbirth, childcare, and elderly care. In response to these challenges, we aim to build a culture where expressions of gratitude come naturally, and people genuinely feel, “I’m glad it was you. Thank you.”

We believe that realizing true diversity means creating a society where people with diverse backgrounds can thrive. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our high-quality services to countries where the demand for childcare and eldercare is expected to grow. By going beyond boundaries—be it age, gender, or nationality—we strive to build a society where everyone has the chance to shine.

We’ve always tackled social issues head-on and developed new services that respond to the needs of the times. We hope you’ll continue to support us as we move forward with this mission.

Director in charge of sustainability Hirotaka Okamoto

The LIKE Group has adopted the corporate philosophy of "... planning the Future: developing people and creating the future." Through the promotion of our childcare, staffing, and nursing care services, we are committed to contributing to a more sustainable society. The LIKE Group’s businesses are closely related to social issues such as nursery waiting lists, participation of women in the workforce, labor shortages due to population decline and the need for workers to leave their jobs due to childbirth, childcare, and elderly care.

To help shape the future for the next generation, we are committed to leveraging digital technology and creating innovative services across all our business areas. One of our key goals is to switch to 100% renewable energy for all electricity used in our operations by 2050. Because we serve people of all generations through childcare, staffing, and eldercare, we believe we have a unique responsibility—and opportunity—to work together to build a sustainable future.
