(hereinafter the "Company") recognizes the strict protection of the specific individual information etc. of the Company and group companies handled through business and the specific personal information etc. of employees and the other persons employed as an important social responsibility, and establishes this basic policy to secure the proper handling of the specific personal information as a Company.

  1. Range and structure of the handling of specific personal information etc.
    The Company specifies the range of administrative work that handles personal numbers and the range of specific personal information etc. (personal numbers used in the administrative work and personal information, names, dates of birth, etc. managed in connection with the personal numbers), and clarifies the administrator in charge. In addition, we formulate regulations for specific personal information handling and develop a system to handle specific personal information.

  2. Safety control measures
    The company takes necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of specific personal information and to manage specific personal information appropriately with respect to safety management measures of specific personal information.

  • (4)Preparation work of payment records of usage fees, etc. of real estate
  • (5)Preparation work of payment records of considerations for acquisition of real estate, etc.
3. Work relating to personal numbers under consignment contracts
