Social
Our Group aims to help build a sustainable society by promoting the use of human capital—including childcare and nursing care professionals—to contribute to the expansion of the working population.
Promoting Women's Participation and Advancement in Society
According to the World Economic Forum's June 2024 report, Japan ranks 118th out of 146 countries in terms of gender equality. Recognizing this as a key issue, we are committed to supporting women’s participation in the workforce. We provide work environments that empower women—particularly in childcare and nursing care roles—and actively promote them to management and executive positions in pursuit of greater gender equity.

Utilizing Foreign Talent
We are actively hiring foreign nationals across group companies. As of the end of FY05/24, approximately 370 staff members from 35 countries—including temporary staff—are working with us.
We also make use of the “Specified Skilled Worker” visa framework and collaborate with local businesses and educational institutions to support both direct hiring and foreign employment services.
Supporting Independent Operations of Childcare and Nursing Facilities
From 2025 onward, the number of children using childcare services is projected to gradually decline, and a shakeout of childcare facilities is expected. Meanwhile, a growing shortage of care workers is likely to lead to more bankruptcies among nursing care providers.
To address these issues in the childcare and nursing care sectors, we offer packaged operational support services to external providers, contributing to sound and sustainable facility management.
