Child-Rearing Support Service

We deliver high-quality, Japanese-style childcare services primarily in Southeast Asia, leveraging the expertise we have cultivated in Japan. While Southeast Asia is experiencing rapid economic growth, childcare infrastructure remains underdeveloped compared to Japan. By introducing Japanese-standard childcare, we aim to elevate local childcare quality. As our first step, a new childcare facility is scheduled to open around October 2026 in BSD City, a major private development area west of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Comprehensive Human Resources Service

We promote the development of nursing care talent locally to address critical shortages in Japan, offering comprehensive support for their employment and living transition. By cultivating highly skilled care professionals in their home countries, we facilitate their placement at LIKE Group's nursing care facilities as well as partner institutions through our recruitment and introduction services.

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Support Services

Key Features & Proven Expertise

We offer placement and comprehensive living support services for foreign talent under Japan's Specified Skilled Worker (Category 1) program. Foreign professionals account for approximately 25% of full-time care staff in our group-operated facilities, providing us with unique operational expertise.
Leveraging our success in nursing care, we are extending our placement services to logistics, manufacturing, mobile retail, and other high-demand industries.

Comprehensive Turn-Key Support

We prioritize strict regulatory compliance to build a sustainable environment where both workers and employers thrive. In addition to our worker dispatch and recruitment licenses, we are officially registered as a "Registered Support Organization" by Japan's Immigration Services Agency.
We provide complete turn-key support—including pre-departure orientation, housing assistance, administrative procedures, Japanese language training, and continuous post-placement follow-up.
